Rick is the owner of R.T. Arnold Building Contractors which is a custom residential building service in Northeast PA. He has been in the building trade nearly all of his adult life. For many years, Rick held various director positions with the National Association of Home Builders, the PA Builders Association and the Builders Association of Northeast PA. From 2008 to 2010, he served on the Board of the Luzerne County Farmland Preservation Program. “My passion for building has led me to realize how precious our land really is and the importance of my role in preserving for future generations the greatest assets in the place I call home.” Rick lives in Mountain Top with his wife.
